Truck Driver-HR and Road crew Labourer

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for casual roles (38 hours per week) with our valued client in Forbes NSW, across the following positions: Labourers and Truck Drivers (HR Licence or higher required)—excellent opportunities for reliable, safety-conscious individuals with experience in manual labour or professional driving, looking to join a supportive and well-established team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with road maintenance and upgrades
• Operate heavy machinery and equipment as needed
• Drive trucks to transport crew members, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on trucks and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Working away for periods at a time

Requirements:

• Valid HR driver's license
• Previous experience in a labour or driving role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety and following all protocols and procedures
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol tests at random
• Ability to work away from home for periods at a time
